The Position as a Town Planner
Responsibilities include:
1. Support the delivery of planning projects across a variety of sectors.
2. Prepare planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals, ensuring all work complies with current regulations and best practices.
3. Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients.
4. Conduct research and analysis to provide evidence-based recommendations.
5. Assist senior colleagues on larger and more complex projects, with opportunities to grow your expertise.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
Candidates must have:
1. RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
2. MRTPI (or working towards).
3. Previous relevant experience.
4. A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications.
5. Good communication skills and an enthusiastic mentality.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
