We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adults Social Worker - Level 3 PAYE to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality social services to adults within our community. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify the needs and risks of clients.
Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with clients and multi-agency teams.
Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
Provide expert advice and support to clients and their families regarding welfare rights and available services.
Safeguard adults at risk by following appropriate protocols and procedures to ensure their safety and well-being.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and case progress within the information management systems.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance social work practice.
Requirements
A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
Significant experience in adult social work, particularly with vulnerable populations.
Registered with the relevant professional authority (e.g., Social Work England).
Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Hours Per Week : 35.00

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £25.47
