The Role:
We’re looking for three Customer Service Assistants to join our customer service team. This is a hybrid working role, combining the flexibility of working from home with the opportunity to collaborate in our modern office.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
* Handling enquiries, orders, and queries with professionalism and care.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
