The Role: The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving sales performance by coaching agents, optimising operational strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a focus on results, motivation, and the ability to leverage data to improve sales outcomes. Your Main Responsibilities: Performance Management & Data Analysis. Key metrics: Sales - Conversion Rate, Average Booking Value, and revenue targets. Core metrics - AHT, Hold, Wrap, Abandon, ASA and forecast variance. Quality Metrics – QA scores and customer satisfaction (CSAT survey) Staffing Metrics - Schedule Adherence, Absenteeism, Attrition Analyse sales performance at agent level to identify areas for improvement and coach on opportunities. Create and share daily reports on agent performance, sales results, and team progress toward targets. Team Leadership & Coaching: Monitor and score agent calls on the sales QA form on a weekly basis to meet monitoring targets. Conduct coaching sessions to enhance agents’ sales techniques, objection handling, and rapport. Develop and implement tailored improvement plans for underperforming agents and manage PIP for consistent underperformers. Recognise and reward top-performing agents to sustain motivation and drive results. Recruit and train agents as needed. Operations & Service Delivery: Optimise call routing and prioritisation to maximise revenue opportunities. Work closely with QA and trainers to refine sales scripts and techniques. Address escalations related to sales objections or disputes promptly and effectively. Engagement & Culture: Foster a competitive yet supportive environment through competitions, incentives, and team-building. Conduct daily team huddles to share goals, celebrate wins, and align on priorities. What we’ll give you: Commission, well it is a Sales role after all.
