To work autonomously to coordinate the additional staffing requirements of the wards and departments within the Health Board using the computerised Allocate Nurse Bank Management System. To assess priority and urgency of each shift and use initiative to prioritise shift cover requests from the wards To adhere to the Bank and Agency policies and guidelines. Previous NHS experience would be welcomed.
