Description Permanent contract | £42,463 to £46,732 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich We have an exciting opportunity for two commissioning project officers to join the Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism Commissioning Team for Working Age Adults. You will support commissioning managers in the Team to deliver its aims and objectives in relation to the Council’s duties for commissioning services such as for day Services, Supported Living, Residential and Nursing schemes and support provided in the community. Much of the work you will be involved in will be undertaken with key stakeholders and include supporting managers to improve quality, service delivery through performance based on both qualitative and quantitative data, co-production activities and your involvement will help shape our services strategically in the future. The job role will involve monitoring, analysing and evaluation of data, administration, highlighting gaps in accessibility to services and helping towards seeking innovative ideas and solutions to meet gaps in service delivery and help in the de-commissioning or commissioning of new services.
