Job Title: Deputy Hygiene Manager Location: Southwest London Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift) Working Hours: Sunday to Wednesday / 8pm – 7pm Deputy Hygiene Manager – Food Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Deputy Hygiene Manager to play a key role in maintaining and improving hygiene standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally to uphold and enhance site hygiene standards. Maintain and update cleaning schedules, CICs, and training records. Train and develop hygiene teams, ensuring compliance with all procedures. Monitor and improve hygiene processes, reducing cleaning times where possible. Support audits, cleaning validation, and hygiene management system updates. Manage hygiene stock, equipment, and liaise with external service providers. Ensure documentation and site hygiene standards are always audit-ready. Deputize for the Hygiene Manager and take on leadership responsibilities. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Hygiene Supervisor or Team Leader in food manufacturing. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and achieve key KPIs. Effective communication, both written and verbal. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.). A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
