Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dental team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Duties
1. Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
2. Provide chairside support to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice policies.
4. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
5. Ensure that all dental equipment is properly sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
6. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
7. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.
Skills
1. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
3. A genuine passion for patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
4. Proficiency in IT systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments is advantageous.
