35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Our well established and growing client are currently seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join their experienced team due to continued business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to learn new processes following completion of training.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience from within an office environment, the ability and willingness to learn while also being passionate about high standards of service.

Key Duties:
Liaising with our clients via phone, email and various other methods, to assist with any queries or updates they may have.
Supporting client managers with internal and external requirements.
Supporting the onboarding process for new clients as required.
Liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
Assist in the completion of case monitoring.
Promoting continuous improvement to procedures and processes.
Assisting with various client reports to ensure files remain up to date and are efficiently managed.
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience from a customer service role is essential from within an office environment.
