Working with an experienced lecturer, you will support your learners as they learn the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive in their chosen sector. The subjects you will be delivering will include Science, Manufacturing, and Healthcare Science amongst others.

We are keen to hear from applicants with the required industrial experience who have a strong commitment to develop their own skills in teaching and assessment, where full support and training will be provided. You will have a willingness to progress your own career and a passion to share your knowledge.
Main Duties of the Role:
* Facilitate an effective and quality apprenticeship learning experience to a cohort of work-based learners in all aspects of horticulture.
* Coach and train apprentices in both workshop and one-to-one sessions that supports the development of new skills, knowledge, and behaviours as defined within the relevant apprenticeship standard.
* Design and implement workshop/training sessions in college or the workplace as a mandatory requirement of the off-the-job training.
* Monitor, review, and regularly assess the progress of apprentices.
