Iconic Resourcing have partnered with a leading Edinburgh based organisation to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline their HR processes, ensuring efficient delivery from recruitment through to offboarding. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine the HR systems and processes to ensure a positive employee journey. You must be experienced in process automation and system implementation to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and exit procedures.
* Provide insight and data to leadership on key business issues.
* Act as the first point of escalation for HR queries, supporting HR Business Partners, HRD and wider business.
* Oversee regular HR activities such as performance reviews and salary assessments.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, including GDPR, right to work, and pre-employment checks.
* Lead HR administration and ensure the accuracy of key HR metrics.
* Act as coach and trusted advisor to HR Ops team ensuring ongoing professional development.
* Manage HR budgets and oversee HR-related projects.
Ideal Candidate:
* CIPD qualified with solid HR generalist experience.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
* Extensive experience of automation and system implementation.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior HR team members.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
