Job Description
To work as part of an energetic and innovative warehouse team, ensuring a safety-first mindset and living the Lesaffre values at all times.
Job roles vary in the warehouse, you will be asked to undertake different tasks at different times. The tasks in the warehouse include :
* Ensure product is picked as per the required quantities on the process order
* Return RM stock (after production) to the warehouse
* Unload the deliveries into correct storage location, book deliveries in on system and label the delivery with a GR label
* Load out finished goods for despatch
* Print out delivery notes,
* Pick finished goods for next days despatch and put finished goods into correct storage location
* Carry out cycle counts in the warehouses and production rooms on a weekly basis.
* Undertaking full stock takes when needed
* Undertake general housekeeping in all warehouses on a daily basis to maintain our standards
You will be required to actively support the implementation and ongoing development of the warehouse's policies, procedures, and best practices. Adopting a mindset of continuous improvement to identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications
No formal educational requirement
Must be literate and numerate.
Able to follow safety, quality and production standards.
Able to work under pressure and make confident decisions.
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrates a proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation.
Basic Computer skills, experience using SAP (Desirable, training will be provided)
Additional Information
Starting rate £12.50 per hour, rising to £13.00 on successful completion of probationary period
8 hour shifts - 05.00 to 13.00
25 days Holiday + 8 bank holidays

Up to 6% bonus based on achievement of KPI's, payable 6 monthly.
