What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualifications
1. Educated to GCSE level, including Maths and English or equivalent
2. Educated to a good academic level, ideally a finance qualification or appropriate relevant experience
3. Evidence of ongoing CPD
Experience
1. Previous experience of office based administrative role
2. Experience of budget management
3. Experience of using Bromcom MIS and Finance package, or other accounting system.
4. Familiarity with working within a school environment
Skills, Attributes and Knowledge
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities, a demanding workload and tight deadlines
3. Good organisational skills/time management
4. Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel
5. Appreciation of absolute confidentiality of information
6. Understanding and commitment to the safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults
