Position: Service Management Training Coordinator

Starting Salary: £28,000
Application Requirements:
* 2:1 degree in a technical IT based subject.
* Previous experience creating training/video documents.
* Proficiency in animation/video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, Storyline 360, Rise, Powtoon, Canva, ServiceNow or Adobe products) would be an advantage.
* Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
* Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.

We’re looking for a Service Management Training Coordinator to develop and deliver engaging educational materials for Service Management processes across the organisation. You’ll create training content, facilitate webinars and collaborate with teams to ensure effective learning experiences that align with business goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Service Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
