This position involves a diverse range of sales, client engagement, and administrative duties to guarantee smooth service delivery to our clients.
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Securing new vacancies through sales and business development activities.
2. Providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, managing the process from start to finish.
3. Meeting targets for acquiring new clients and arranging service meetings.
4. Generating leads for sales activities from various sources.
5. Meeting daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings.
6. Promoting other divisions or brands within the Gi Group whenever possible.
7. Identifying suitable candidates using both traditional and innovative methods, aiming to fill the vacancies you manage.
Recruitment Consultant Skills:
1. Although prior experience in recruitment is preferred, we are also interested in hearing from individuals with a knack for sales.
2. The ability to think quickly and creatively is vital. What innovative tactics can you use to land your next position or discover the perfect candidate?
3. Having outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities is crucial, along with a sincere, adaptable, and dependable attitude, as well as the drive to achieve success.
