Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op.
You will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service. You will also perform a wide range of tasks around the store, including re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
As a Customer Team Leader, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and thoughtful service
* Developing team capabilities through coaching and training
* Maintaining a safe, legal, and fully operational store
* Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy
* Supporting the Store Manager by deputising and delivering HR processes
* Leading the introduction of new products and services
* Building relationships and getting involved in the local community
