Job Description
The Operations Director will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of Interaction's projects team in Leeds.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
Requirements:
* Possesses a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Has a minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
* Demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
