Position: Deputy Manager - RGN, RMN, RNLD
Location: Leek (Must be living in the UK)
Hours: Full time
Shifts: Days
Salary: up to £25.00 per hour / £52,000 per year (based on 40)

About You:
1. Registered Nurse with Deputy Manager Experience, a valid NMC Pin number.
2. Knowledge of National Standards and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC codes of practice.
3. A background in person centred care planning within a care home.
4. You will manage your time effectively and whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
Requirements:
1. Active Nursing PIN (RGN)
2. 2 years’ experience in a managerial / Clinical Lead position in a nursing home environment
3. Thorough understanding of CQC regulations
Desirable:
1. Experienced in Driving Occupancy
2. Experienced in PCS (electronic care planning system)
3. Experienced in icare EMAR (electronic medication system)
4. Experienced in CQC inspection process
You will practice maximum integrity in all dealings with Clients personal and financial affairs and avoid abuse of the privileged relationship which exists clients.
Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members in all aspects of their work in the care home, giving help and guidance where appropriate.
Attend mandatory training days/courses on or off site when required.
Establish and maintain good communication with clients, relatives and with the multidisciplinary team. Provide administrative support when required.
