About The Role
Job: Senior Branch Manager Designate
Salary: £25,880 (OTE £33,000)
Bonus: Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities
* Model high performance in buying cars whilst supporting the regional manager in driving performance.
* Act as the main point of contact for our customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling important documents, and processing customer payments.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Assist the Regional Manager in ensuring smooth running and compliance within the region as per company procedures.
* Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
* Identify support and coaching needs of colleagues, providing constructive feedback when required.
* Report any potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
* Ensure diaries/rotas are set up as per company instruction.
* Ensure all purchases are completed as per company standards.
* Provide temporary cover within other regions in the Division as required.
* Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
* Assist in the completion of purchases when required.
Requirements:
* A current full UK manual driving license.
* Experience in a target-driven environment.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
* Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
