As the Business Transition Lead for EMEA, you will lead and manage the post separation network scenarios, drive strategic transformation initiatives, including designing physical product flows and processes in adherence to the new ERP offer. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency in project delivery and service performance to our customers.
Thanks to your expertise in supply chain and data analytics, you will bring to the role strong change management leadership, project and resource management. As a leader and key partner with stakeholders across the organization, your excellent communication skills will be vital in driving successful and sustainable collaboration.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA and located within any EMEA country, this position requires 20-30% travel within the region.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic responsibilities:
* Link to global and IT project management frameworks
* Ensures that the customers (internal and external) perspective is a driving force behind all business decisions and activities
* Connects with the strategy team for strategic initiative implementation
* Oversees projects budget transparency and management
* Reports on Projects and Initiatives progress
Operational responsibilities:
* Design the Target Operating Model through the different stage gates:
o Requirements definition
o Green field analysis and simulation scenarios
o Capital and expense planning
o Supplier RFP, selection and negotiation in collaboration with Procurement
Key Deliverables:
* Successful, timely, and high-quality delivery of business projects
* Strategically aligned and prioritized project portfolio
* Effective governance mechanisms up and running
* Best in class Project Management frameworks
What you’ll bring
* Extensive experience in managing and overseeing complex projects, programs and transformation units within an international supply chain
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis resulting in strategy implementation and risk evaluation
* Leading change management and implementation programs whilst integrating regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English with strong persuasion skills and the ability to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
* Pragmatic problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle difficult issues
* Strong leadership skills to guide all parties to outcomes in the best interest of risk appetite and business objectives
* Advanced project management skills
* Ability to coach and develop a high performing staff
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools
