This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge PropTech company that’s revolutionising how people interact with spaces through technology. Sitting as part of their Customer Success team, you will take the lead in building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of their solutions, and drive exceptional results across high-profile projects.
Core Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding service, acting as the primary contact for key clients
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs
* Collaborate with operations and development teams for seamless project implementation
* Conduct regular app reviews, offering design and content recommendations
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, managing these initiatives from start to finish
* Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and usage
* Host regular Business Reviews, tracking client sentiment and product utilization
Profile:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
* Proven track record in client service roles, ideally within the PropTech or tech sectors
* Comfortable working independently and in a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
* Able to understand client needs and advocate on their behalf
Package:
* Salary: £50,000
