We are seeking a Site Development Coordinator in the Fowey area for a permanent position, responsible for supporting the future development of the site and providing day-to-day support and administration for the forecourt and site operations.
Rate of Pay / Hours:
* Approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours daily).
* Flexible arrangements may be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Office:
* Organising office operations and procedures to maintain office services.
* Developing and improving office and administrative systems.
* Supporting the Shop Supervisor with stock takes and stock control.
* Reviewing weekly fuel pricing emails and working within the company's fuel pricing strategy to maintain margins and competitiveness.
* Receiving fuel system training, including inputting fuel deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulations through site reviews and maintaining an action plan.
* Updating and reviewing the maintenance log for the site.
Staff Management:
* Managing staff rota, including holiday requests.
* Liaising with accounts and payroll providers to generate till reports.
* Preparing customer account details for payment processing.
* Handling cash management and banking activities.
Communications:
* Managing office email and postal correspondence.
* Answering and directing phone calls as needed.
Other Duties:
* Providing weekly business updates to Directors.
* Filling in as a retail assistant in the forecourt shop if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Some bookkeeping experience is essential.
* High IT literacy, including experience with the till system, Xero accounting software, and online banking.
* Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
