About the role Manx National Heritage (MNH) is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join its Facilities Team in providing proactive and responsive direct maintenance of its broad property portfolio. This is one of two key team-leader roles within the Facilities Team. Reporting to the MNH Facilities Manager you will support the delivery of a programme of routine planned preventative maintenance and responses to reactive maintenance requests as well as delivering minor conservation maintenance and repairs to historic fabric. In this operational role you will lead and manage, and be supported by two Maintenance Team Members. You will also be able to liaise and co-ordinate effectively with contractors and consultants. Working to maintain the operation of our busy sites and support MNH's dedicated and professional front of house team you will be a good communicator with high personal and professional standards together with excellent customer service skills.
