The Best Connection have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to work for our renowned client in Wednesbury.
Hours of work: Thursday-Monday 07:30-15:30.
Pay rate: £13.23 per hour.
MUST APPLY WITH CVs. ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF HGV COMPLIANCE IS ESSENTIAL!
Job responsibilities:
* Data input and entry – drivers tachograph records entered onto the fleet transport association data base.
* Health & safety – Support with the completion of DPRA’s, support team managers with relevant administrative tasks and the competition of SOP’s.
* Processing of vehicle defects on daily basis.
* Completion and filing of paperwork into the vehicle files.
* Update service planners.
* Vehicle wash records.
* Downloading vehicle data.
* Vehicle damage inspections.
Candidate requirements:
* Understanding of driver and HGV vehicle compliance is essential.
* Understands own responsibilities to work safely and identify any H&S risks.
* Computer literate – especially able to use software such as Microsoft.
* Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills.
* Works in a systematic and organised manner.
* Analyses and interprets information effectively, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
