Job Description
As Compliance Administrator you will ensure compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00-17.00 (onsite).
Salary: £25,000 per annum.
Key Duties of a Compliance Administrator:
* To provide administrative support to the Fleet Management team and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse Office.
* Filing of service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates and logbooks and chase outstanding paperwork and documents.
* Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information.
* Arranging callouts which require immediate action.
* Book relevant tests for fuel trucks and tankers when required.
* Ensure all trucks are serviced to legal requirements.
* Planning and arranging equipment inspections.
* Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
* Update and maintain MyFleet.
* Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
* Assist with Driverline calls when volumes peak.
* Update the Group on any legal obligations to be complied with.
* Any other administrative duties within reasonable request.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Competency with Excel, Word, Outlook, along with accurate keyboard skills is essential.
* Good level of numeracy and literacy.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
