We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Strategic Project Officer to support Children’s Services on their journey of transformation and service improvement. This team is responsible for driving income generation and cost savings and is pivotal in the realization of service outcomes.
The Project Officer will work within the Education and Skills directorate, committed to delivering a key council Programme within the transformation portfolio that supports effective and sustainable change.
The post holder is responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of the Children’s transformation and improvement programme plan, celebrating successful outcomes and swiftly reacting to concerns that may risk the achievement of the programme. You will be a highly motivated, forward-thinking, and systemically minded individual who thrives on working in a stimulating, high-pressure, strongly supported environment.
You will support the management teams with oversight responsibility for quality transformation and improvement projects to deliver key benefits.
