Job Title: Data Analyst
We are the nation’s largest online pharmacy, specializing in ensuring excellence for all our patients. With 25 years of experience, we help over 1.4 million patients in England manage their NHS prescriptions from request through to delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze operational data to derive actionable insights that support business growth and enhance site performance.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and site metrics.
3. Analyze existing operational procedures and identify opportunities to enhance them to increase the service offered to customers.
4. Provide operational forecasts for any new changes and report findings to relevant areas of the business.
5. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively, translating complex data into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams.
6. Present data-driven findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
7. Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends to inform future strategies.
8. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by implementing best practices in data governance and management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
2. Expertise in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools.
3. Experience working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines within company and ethical rules and regulations.
4. Numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. IT literate with a working knowledge of MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required).
6. Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
7. Experience in marketing analytics or customer growth with a clear understanding of campaign mechanics is also advantageous.
