The Role
Rabbie’s is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the smooth running of our website and digital projects. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Ecommerce experience who’s ready to take the next step, gain exposure to project delivery, and work cross-functionally with developers, marketers, and content creators.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our digital experiences are up to date, functional, and continuously improving. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider Marketing and Ecommerce teams to deliver enhancements to the site, support campaign execution, and maintain content in line with business priorities.
Your Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and support the delivery of website projects and new tool integrations
2. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet requirements and work as expected
3. Maintain and update content across the website and booking system (e.g. tour details, landing pages, menus, locations, itineraries)
4. Build campaign landing pages and support content updates for time-sensitive marketing activities
5. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements
6. Act as a reliable point of contact for colleagues across Ecommerce and Marketing when website input or support is needed
Your skills, experience & qualifications
Essential
1. Trustworthy and a team player
2. A positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
3. Well-organised with a high level of attention to detail
4. 1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce
5. Experience using CMS platforms to manage content (we use Statamic)
6. Confident working with Developers and understanding how websites function
7. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
8. Comfortable writing clear documentation and communicating across technical and non-technical teams
Desirable
1. Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, Monday.com, Zoho, Spiceworks, or Algolia
2. Knowledge of UX design principles, SEO, A/B testing & email marketing
3. Basic HTML knowledge
4. Experience working in the travel industry, ideally with tour-based products
5. Exposure to project coordination or managing small initiatives

Working Environment
1. Hybrid role: 4 days working from home, 1+ day per week in our Edinburgh office (flexibility for occasional Glasgow presence is a bonus)
