Job Overview
Do you have experience of working in a customer service environment, tackling complex issues? We’re looking for a Service Charge Officer to join our excellent team responding to service charge enquiries and complaints by investigating issues raised by customers.
Responsibilities
1. Work with teams across the business collating necessary documents and explanations to respond to customers, in line with relevant Clarion Policies and terms of tenancy or lease agreements.
2. Ensure that costs of services provide value for money, are accounted for in a transparent manner, and maximize recovery of costs.
3. Identify key components of a query/complaint and the desired outcomes for customers.
4. Carry out any adjustments to service charges following investigations and provide feedback to teams to prevent errors of miscoding.
5. Respond to internal teams' enquiries regarding all aspects of service charges.
6. Keep our CRM system updated with activity and correspondence at all times.
Qualifications
Substantial experience of using Excel and excellent numerical skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex subjects in a clear and concise way using a range of media.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Borehamwood. Candidates will be required to travel to other offices for team meetings and training.
