Our client located near Almondsbury is looking for a permanent claims handler to accurately take care of insurance claims in line with internal processes & external service level agreements.
Core Duties
- Verify policy information & coverage
- Process claims following company guidelines and industry regulations
- Assign emergency jobs to appropriate engineers
- Resolve issues/discrepancies in a timely manner
- Providing necessary triage advice to customers aiming to alleviate their emergency.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous call center, customer service experience or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Insurance industry knowledge preferred
Shift Pattern - Flexible but must cover hours of 4pm until 8pm
Monday to Sunday
Can work Hybrid on weekends
