Job Description
Project Manager (Full-Time, £40–45k)
Based in Hull – with 2–3 days a month visiting councils, carer services, and other amazing partners
About Us – Bridgit Care
We’re Bridgit Care – a Hull-based social enterprise doing big things with clever tech. Our mission? To support family carers and communities across the UK using AI-driven coaching tools that actually make a difference. From helping unpaid carers, to supporting care leavers, career planning in schools, and even working with the NHS and councils – we’re leading one of the largest public sector deployments of GenAI in the UK.
We're not just about big ideas – we make them happen, and we’re growing fast. So if you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, work with a fun and focused team, and be part of something meaningful (and maybe shoot some pool on your break), you might be our kind of human.
The Role – Project Manager
We’re on the lookout for someone who can keep our projects on track and moving at pace. You’ll be working from our Hull HQ (with pool table included), managing multiple projects across our growing portfolio of social impact work. You'll spend a few days a month on-site with local councils or carer services, helping turn our AI-powered ideas into practical, real-world support.
What you’ll be doing:
Planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from kickoff to completion
Keeping timelines tight and communication flowing across teams
Managing relationships with clients, councils, and care partners
Spotting blockers and jumping in to fix things fast
Ensuring quality across everything we deliver
Helping shape new ideas and services as we grow
You’ll fit in if you:
Are a born organiser who thrives on variety
Can manage multiple projects and still keep a smile
Love working with people – clients, developers, designers, you name it
Are confident on-site and not afraid to get stuck in
Want to work somewhere with purpose, not just profit
Have experience in health, social care, education, or digital services.
Why Bridgit?
Salary: £40–45k depending on experience
Full-time, based in Hull (with some travel)
We’re a social enterprise, meaning your work matters
Relaxed culture, and zero micromanagement
Fast-growing team with loads of opportunities
Be part of something genuinely impactful – helping scale support to those who need it most
