Main duties of the job Join our team specialising in Reablement, a short-term service led by therapists focused on empowering individuals to be as independent as possible. Our Reablement Occupational Therapy Assistants work with people in their own homes and play a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives. Working alongside dedicated Occupational Therapists, you will co-deliver customer Reablement plans.You will also undertake your own assessments and provide interventions such as equipment and minor adaptations to support people to achieve their goals whilst managing your own case load.
