* Providing excellent administration support via face to face, telephone, and email.
* Maintaining accurate client records.
* Offer creation in hand with the project leader.
* Customer order handling.
* Close component and delivery tracking.
* Invoice creation and payment tracking.
* Controlling and reporting.
* Proxy for other commercial processes.
Qualifications
* Degree in sales, sales management, sales and marketing, business, and marketing.
* Impeccable Organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks at once.
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
* Professional communication, and negotiation skills.
* Must work independently and thoroughly.
* Demonstrate high levels of initiative, problem solving and self-motivation.
* Fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge optional.
* MS Office skills.
* Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
* Driving licence preferred.
Additional Information
This role will be based in Nuneaton, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
