The organisation are seeking a dedicated Repairs Assistant to join their Maintenance department for 2-3 months initially. Your new role As a repairs assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for tenants when they have maintenance issues. Working with the maintenance team to provide a high-quality customer-focused repair and gas maintenance service to customers and high-quality service to your Maintenance Inspectors. To support wider development and the Property Services Section includes providing support to the Asset Team.
