Job Title:
The Portfolio Retention Specialist position is located within KONE's branch or central offices.
This role focuses on core 1 and core 2 maintenance customers, providing phone support and assisting in Supervisor-led contract renegotiations to ensure timely responses to customer requirements and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships with key customers through regular communication
* Collaborate with Supervisors to renegotiate maintenance contracts
* Support operational teams in resolving customer issues
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with maintenance operations and customer service principles
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
