The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across the beverage industry. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Develop strategic partnerships to maximise business growth. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our core beverage sectors. Analyse market trends to assess potential areas for expansion. Prepare customer quotes and assist with tender pricing to ensure profitability. Represent the company at industry trade exhibitions and networking events. Provide monthly sales forecasts and contribute to the annual sales budget. Travel extensively across the UK and Ireland, with occasional trips to Europe. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the beverage industry. A relevant degree such as Business or Marketing is advantageous but not essential. Strong commercial and technical acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively. Highly motivated, organised, and ambitious. Proactive and results-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively as required.
