Overview
We are looking for two (2) Marketing Coordinators to play a crucial role in building and engaging our UK community, with a focus on social media and in-app community engagement (Banter). This is an all-rounder role in our start-up phase, offering a unique opportunity to grow with the business. You will be responsible for fostering an engaging and entertaining environment, ensuring Dabble’s community reflects our core values while driving social media content and community engagement.
Dabble is a pioneering social sports betting app, and this role will be at the heart of our user experience. You will plan and execute community-driven campaigns, identify and showcase compelling community narratives, and engage with users in real time.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to candidates based in Leeds or able to travel to Leeds frequently.
Your Schedule
This role involves rostered work, including some weekends and evenings, to ensure our community remains active and vibrant at all times.
Responsibilities
* Engage authentically with the Dabble community in-app on Banter, monitor and moderate to ensure conversations align with our core values and guidelines
* Manage and execute social media content for the UK market, curating compelling stories from the Dabble community for both in-app and external platforms
* Celebrate community achievements, including Big Wins, Follower Milestones, and Hot Streaks, by sharing and amplifying these successes
* Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns, promotions, and giveaways tailored to the UK audience
* Act as a community ambassador, responding to user queries and fostering a positive and inclusive environment
* Analyse community engagement metrics and use insights to improve user experiences and drive growth
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer service, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry
* A strong understanding of sports culture and fan engagement, with a passion for interacting with sports fans
* Experience with Meta/Snap/X ad manager platforms, Figma and the Adobe suite would be preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a playful and conversational tone
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities
* The ability to create quality and attention-grabbing social media content
* You're self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
* The ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days of the week, including evenings, and weekends

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits with room to be flexible depending upon experience.
