Operations and Support Administrator
Responsibilities:
1. Provides administrative support to our operations department.
2. Assists with customer inquiries and provides exceptional support.
3. Coordinates logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication.
5. Contributes to process improvement and streamlining operations.
Skills:
1. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
2. Strong attention to detail in administrative tasks and customer support.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software preferred.

Hours:
1. Monday - Friday 08:30am-5pm - 1 hour lunch each day
