Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager - Central London Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager Sales & Marketing - Group Sales & Events The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5 rated property, is currently recruiting for a Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager to join our talented Events Management team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level. In the role of Senior Catering and Conference Services Manager, your key focus will include: Event planning, rooming list co-ordination and BEO details once signed contract has been turned over as ‘Definite’ by the Sales Team. Ensuring high revenue / VIP bookings are handled seamlessly and with extra care and attention to detail. Conducting weekly Group Resume meeting and ensure the effective handover of all Group logistics to the Operations teams. Supporting planners with their own bookings during challenging periods. Assisting with event enquiries as required, primarily focussing on corporate, and supporting social, weddings and short-lead enquiries when required. Driving and championing projects relating to developing the events and catering business. Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly Catering and Groups revenue goals.
