About The Company
Our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance creative agencies, is hiring a Paid Social Manager. With a team of nearly 70 specialists and over £50M in Meta and TikTok ad spend, they offer full in-house solutions across design, production, strategy, and UGC. Their recent acquisition of a London content agency has further strengthened their creative capabilities.
With offices in Leeds, London, and soon Manchester, they offer flexible work options, including on-site, hybrid, or remote.
Experience & Skills:
* 1+ years managing Meta and TikTok ads for high-revenue e-commerce brands.
* Background in agency settings or work with 7-8 figure e-commerce clients.
* Strong grasp of Shopify, with essential knowledge of Klaviyo and Triple Whale.
* Agile in researching and applying strategies across various industries.
* Proven ability to drive results under high-performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimise high-budget Meta and TikTok ad campaigns (£2,000+/day).
* Manage multiple e-commerce clients, ensuring strong results and retention.
* Regularly communicate with clients via Slack and Google Meet.
* Collaborate with the Head of Acquisition, with a growth path to Senior Manager.
* Provided eCommerce strategy insights, covering paid ads, CRO, and Shopify.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000
