About the role and person: 35 hours per week Permanent As an Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring that the office environment supports the needs of our colleagues and enables them to deliver exceptional service. You'll use your excellent customer service skills to meet and greet our visitors and utilise your strong organisational skills to manage the post service, office supplies, organise meeting rooms and catering is ordered as required and process invoices as required. You'll demonstrate Accent's values through your proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to maintaining a smooth-running office environment, working collaboratively with colleagues across departments, showing empathy and support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Your ability to manage office functions efficiently and ensure the health and safety of the workspace will be critical in enhancing the overall experience for both colleagues and visitors. Salary The spot salary for this post is £24,255 for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. What will you get from us? Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in order and invoice processing. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks. Knowledge of health and safety procedures and willingness to undergo training (e.g., COSH). A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Location The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to our Bradford office as this role is based onsite, 5 days a week. Who are Accent?
