We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education, and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy. In this key position, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.

Minimum Requirements:
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
* Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
* Degree or HNC level qualification.
* Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
