Job summary CDD Services provides procurement services and systems to a number of NHS organisations including County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. CDD Services Systems Support Team is responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient and professional procurement system and information service to all stakeholder organisations. CDD Services is looking for an apprentice to assist the Support Team in a range of duties. Main duties of the job Resolution of all helpdesk calls from Cardea end-users and subsequent logging and maintenance of electronic database. To undertake a variety of system administration duties in relation to the electronic purchase order system which will include user setup, profiles, branch / delivery setup and template maintenance, etc. To facilitate product returns, credits, invoice queries and carriage charges. The post holder will be part of a team which provides an effective and efficient purchasing service to CDD Services, CDDFT, TEWVFT & OFT stakeholders including the appropriate sourcing and purchasing of low value goods/services. Participating in stakeholder user groups to support the achievement of VfM for CDD Services stakeholders. Works within standard operating procedures/work instructions and relevant Policies and Procedures. Works closely with all procurement, purchasing and materials management staff within CDD Services.
