We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join our team at Orona Ltd on a 10 month FTC (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies within a specific business region, working alongside hiring managers to identify and source quality candidates using a variety of methods.
Responsibilities include:
* Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values.
* Undertake initial role briefing meetings and attend weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise the best strategy for each region.
* Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels.
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc.
* Shortlist (CV review and telephone interview) and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions.
* Build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process.
* Manage the offer process and all associated administration.
* Provide candidate feedback.
* Support the wider HR team with onboarding activities.
* Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records.
* Deliver recruitment training.
* Manage recruitment projects and campaigns.
* Support with HR projects and initiatives.
* Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and monthly KPI reporting.
Requirements and skills:
* Proven experience as an in-house recruiter.
* Strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
* Industry experience would be highly desirable, but not essential.
* Experience of hiring field and office-based employees.
Additional Requirements
* Experience of recruitment either in house or agency based.
* Good IT systems knowledge.
* Ideally experienced recruiting for engineering industry profile roles.
