We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the technical aspects of desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is an advantage. You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle to enable travel to various offices that need support. We value strong team players who can form effective working relationships with partners and staff. The ideal candidate is well-organized, practical, and possesses a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving. You should have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, along with a willingness and aptitude to learn new systems.
In your role, you will contribute to providing an efficient and effective IT Support Service. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing support and repair services for all desktop PCs and laptops across our offices.
2. Assisting with the selection of standard equipment purchasing lines.
3. Configuring and managing PC stock and maintaining spare parts at each office in collaboration with the local Office Support Coordinator.
4. Configuring and managing mobile devices and desk phones.
5. Providing second-line support for PC, laptop, telephone, mobile, and printer-related issues.
6. Assisting with the maintenance and repair of our local area networks as required.
