Key Responsibilities: Support existing and develop new relationships with private clients, having a comprehensive understanding of a client's particular business objectives - conducting suitability reviews where needed. Acting as a key point of contact for a book of clients, regularly responding to enquiries from both prospective and existing investors. Educate clients on market outlooks, insights and macro-economic trends, leveraging them to make strategic recommendations on asset allocation. Identifying opportunities to generate new leads and opportunities. Gather and review investor feedback to assess opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction. Candidate Profile: At least 5 years of experience within the wealth space in a relationship management capacity, preferably working with Charities clients. Must hold the CISI: Private Client Investment Advice and Management Certificate Level 6 Qualification. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Able and willing to travel as and when necessary.
