Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting senior chefs with menu development and operations
* Running your own section
* Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
* Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create quality pub dishes
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
* A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and modern pub food
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
