This person will add to the continued growth across the organisation and focus a lot of their time on public sector tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end bid management, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions for public and private sector tenders.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop winning proposals that align with client requirements and business objectives.
* Draft and edit compelling content for bid documents, presentations, and other required materials.
* Coordinate the preparation of compliant and persuasive bid submissions, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
* Analyse public sector tender opportunities and work with business development teams to strategize for success.
* Monitor and report on bid performance to continuously improve win rates.
Key Requirements:
* Strong experience in bid management, ideally in professional services with a focus on public sector tenders.
* Proven success in leading and delivering public sector bid submissions.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
* A proactive, strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to team working.
