Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our school community as a Teacher and Trainee SENCO. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring educational leader to develop their skills and expertise in special educational needs coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Teach a range of subjects to students with varying abilities and needs
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles
* Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive and supportive classroom environments
* Provide guidance and support to students with special educational needs
* Contribute to the development of the school's special educational needs policy
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Dedication to ongoing professional development
Working Hours and Contract Details:
Full-time, permanent contract
Start date: January or April 2025
