About the Role As the Council Representative for PFIs, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and delivering the Schools Capital Programme. You'll work collaboratively with schools and the Council's Children and Young People Service to ensure educational facilities are compliant, well-managed, and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities include: ·Leading and managing PFI contracts, including lifecycle and FM services. ·Supporting schools with compliance, academy conversions, and sufficiency planning. ·Building strong relationships with contractors, schools, and council teams to ensure smooth contract operations. ·Driving performance through benchmarking and strategic reviews. ·Planning for the future, including contract exit strategies and forward-thinking FM solutions.
